What is homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a gentle, natural form of medicine that supports your body’s own ability to heal and to help restore balance.
It treats the whole person, looking at both physical and emotional health, and picks remedies that suit you specifically.
If two people both seek homeopathic treatment for migraines, they are unlikely to get the same remedy because their headaches feel different. One may have a throbbing pain on the right side of their head which came on suddenly another may describe their headache as bursting and be aggravated by the slightest movement. Homeopathy focuses in on those unique details to match the right remedy to your experience.

How does it work?
Homeopathy uses diluted natural substances to stimulate your body to heal itself. Homeopathy is based on the idea that "like cures like". This means a substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person can help treat similar symptoms in a sick person. For example, if cutting an onion can make your eyes water and burn, a homeopathic remedy made from an onion could be used to treat allergies or hay fever with watery burning eyes.
